Frisco Waves and Fairways was created with a simple vision: to provide a vacation rental that combines luxury, fun, and relaxation in one perfect package.
What sets us apart is our attention to detail and unique amenities. From our refreshing pool (the "Waves" in our name) and relaxing hot tub to our professionally designed 9-hole putt-putt course (the "Fairways"), we've created an unforgettable experience for families and friends.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Can we heat the pool?
Yes, we can heat the pool for $100 per day with a minimum of 2 days. Please let us know if you would like to heat the pool when you book your stay.
What attractions are nearby?
We're conveniently located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and sports venues in Frisco. Ask us for recommendations!
Do you allow pets?
We currently do not allow pets. We have a lot of families with small children and we want to keep the property safe for everyone.
